| CUISINE |
The normal daily menu includes a breakfast, a fast lunch, and dinner. Our experienced cooks can prepare national and international meals, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Whenever possible, typical Local food is prepared using fresh ingredients and local spices. When we have to eat in restaurantes, we always chose the best food in town. Please get into "The Staff" page to get more information about our staff in the kitchen. |

Breakfast
Every morning, when camping, we have
on our table: Coffee (Nescafe type), a variety of tea bags (Black tea, Coca
tea, Chamomile, and Anises), cocoa, milk (powder), jelly or Marmalade, Butter,
Cereal flakes and Bread.
Besides that, our cooks will surprise us every morning with something extra
like: Oatmeal, Pancakes, scrambled eggs, empanadas, or Api (a typical Bolivian
purple corn sweet porridge).
In hotels “Continental” breakfast is normally included.
Lunch
A “box lunch” and a snack bag is provided at midday when being away from restaurants. It will include:
Dinner
Dinner is going to be our main meal. Served at our mess tent or at the facilities of the refuges, it will include a light vegetable soup, a main course (local, international or vegetarian dishes), a dessert and plenty of hot drinks.
Water
Plenty of potable water is provided during our trips. We normally use mineral bottled water for the first days and purified water for the next days (our cooks always use Iodine and boil the water).
Please check your itinerary and contract to find out which meals are included at the cities.

When camping,
there is always a kitchen tent equipped with all the essentials. A mess tent (Walrus
Armadillo) is also provided, including table, lamp, and chairs (Crazy Creek Chairs
or foldable chairs according to the situation).
