Andean Summits operates in several countries in South America and Chile has been our second home after Bolivia. We have been operating in this country since 1990 before tourism took off in Northern Chile.

Whether your interest is on trekking trails, trekking peaks, 4WD journeys, mountaineering or mountain biking, we cover the whole offer.

Because of its particular location and economical stability, Chile has become one of the main attractions for the traveller to the Andes.

Some unforgettable features to be seing are high volcanoes, snow covered mountain ranges, endless cold deserts, salt flats, colourful mountain lakes, dense forest, twisted fiords and huge glaciers flowing to the ocean.

For the moment we have only include trips in the north of Chile into this website, but we have plans to expand our operations further south in a close future.

In order to organize our trips in the north of Chile, we have divided this area in two main regions: the "Atacama Desert & National Parks " from the Atacama salt flats to the north until the border with Peru, and the "Southern Atacama & Higher volcanoes" from Miniques lagoon down to the south until Santiago de Chile city.
